Getting here

Our office is in Kuils River on the eastern side of Cape Town, easily reached by car via the N1 and N2. Visits are by appointment, so please get in touch before you come.

First contact

You contact us by email or phone with a short description of your festival plans. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Consultation

In an initial conversation we discuss your goals, constraints and expectations. This consultation is free of charge and without obligation.

Quotation

Based on our discussion, we prepare a detailed quotation tailored precisely to your requirements.

Project delivery

Once you give us the go-ahead, we start planning and keep you informed with regular updates.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Ideally, contact us at least 6–12 months before the planned festival date. Shorter lead times may be possible for smaller events.

Do you also work outside Cape Town?

Yes, we organise festivals throughout the Western Cape – from the Winelands to the Garden Route – and in other provinces of South Africa. Our team is mobile and has experience with a wide range of venues, from urban to rural.

Can I book individual services?

Of course. Our service packages are modular. You can commission individual services or choose full end-to-end support.

How is pricing calculated?

Prices vary depending on the scope, size and complexity of the festival. After our initial consultation you will receive a transparent quotation with a detailed breakdown.
